- For standard shipping, we process your order for shipment in 3 working days from the time of payment unless otherwise noted.

- In the special circumstance that delivery is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your order.
- In accordance to our terms and conditions, please note that you are responsible for payment of customs duties, taxes, and import charges, which the customs authority in your country may apply to your order.

However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us at hello@teataka.com to discuss returning your order. We will normally ask you to return your order in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and in most cases we will give you a full refund excluding shipping costs. In addition, EU customers are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.
